What to include
- Your operating system, browser, and whether you are using web, desktop, or mobile.
- The TawiGo app, installer, release, extension, or local AIDA version, if relevant.
- The account, workspace, and app surface involved, with private customer data removed.
- A short description of the workflow that failed.
- Any visible error message, with secrets, tokens, passwords, and private content removed.
Product support
For TawiGo cockpit, install, voice, memory, local AIDA, browser, document, coding, research, automation, TawiGit, TawiMail, TawiMeet, TawiOffice, TawiDrive, TawiVault, TawiPlan, TawiPost, or TawiTeams issues, include the surface involved and the shortest safe reproduction steps. Remove passwords, tokens, private keys, and private customer data before sending logs or screenshots.
Privacy and data requests
For privacy, access, export, correction, or deletion requests, email support@tawi.ai and include the account email address involved. The privacy policy is available at https://tawi.ai/privacy.

Security reports
For security issues, email support@tawi.ai with "Security report" in the subject line. Do not include live secrets, passwords, tokens, or private keys in email. We will coordinate a safe disclosure path if sensitive evidence is required.
Expected response
We prioritize account access, billing, security, and browser automation safety issues first. TawiGo is in active development, so detailed reproduction steps are the fastest path to a fix.
