Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Tawi, TawiGo, tawi.ai, go.tawi.ai, api.tawi.ai, TawiGo Desktop, integrations, or any official Tawi channel, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1.1 Legal entity

Tawi is the public brand. TawiGo is the product. Both are operated by Tawi Research, Inc., a Delaware corporation. References to "Tawi", "TawiGo", "we", "us", or "our" mean Tawi Research, Inc. unless the context says otherwise.

2. The service

TawiGo is Tawi's AI assistant and agentic work product. It provides model routing, code assistance, browser automation, desktop automation, document editing, social media workflows, voice interaction, memory, local model runtime features, and related capabilities. The service is provided "as is".

3. Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or use the service.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
One person or entity per account. Sharing accounts is not permitted.

4. Billing

The Free plan lets you start without a credit card and includes starter capacity across TawiGo products.
Paid plans currently include Pro at $20/month, Pro Plus at $50/month, Pro Max at $100/month, Team at $50/seat/month, and custom Enterprise plans.
Plan limits, included usage, support targets, and overage handling are shown in the product, billing, or contract surfaces that apply to your account and workspace.
Charges are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in an applicable written agreement.
We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days notice for material changes, except where a separate enterprise contract controls.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Tawi to:

Generate illegal, harmful, or deceptive content.
Attempt to circumvent rate limits, billing, or security measures.
Access other users' data or accounts.
Reverse-engineer the platform or its models.
Use automated tools to abuse the API beyond documented rate limits.

6. Content and ownership

You own the content you create using Tawi. We do not claim ownership of your inputs or outputs. We may use anonymised, aggregated usage data to improve the service.

7. Computer control and automation

TawiGo can control your computer, execute shell commands, modify files, operate applications, and automate browser actions when you enable and approve those capabilities. You are responsible for reviewing and approving actions. TawiGo includes human-in-the-loop approval gates and safety controls, but you accept responsibility for actions you approve.

8. Limitations of liability

Tawi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have deposited in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@tawi.ai.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email.
