Data Deletion

Tawi is the public brand. TawiGo is the product. Users can request deletion of account and personal data by following the process below.

How to request deletion

Email support@tawi.ai from the email address associated with your TawiGo account and include "Data deletion request" in the subject line.

What we may delete

• Account profile data.
• Conversation and task history associated with the account.
• Stored memory associated with the account, subject to verification and retention requirements.
• Support messages associated with the account where deletion is legally and operationally permitted.

What may be retained

• Billing, tax, fraud-prevention, security, abuse, and legal records that must be retained.
• Redacted operational logs needed for security, integrity, or incident response.
• Backups until they expire through normal backup rotation.

Browser extension data

TawiGo Chromium Guard can be removed from the browser at any time through browser extension settings. Removing the extension stops browser bridge operation on that browser. TawiGo Desktop can be uninstalled separately from the operating system.

Verification

We may verify account ownership before deletion. Do not send passwords, tokens, private keys, or payment card numbers in a deletion request.
