Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Tawi (tawi.ai, app.tawi.ai, desktop apps, or any channel), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Tawi is an AI assistant platform that provides text generation, code assistance, browser automation, document editing, social media management, voice interaction, and related capabilities. The service is provided "as is".

3. Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• One person or entity per account. Sharing accounts is not permitted.

4. Billing

• Tawi uses a deposit-based billing model. You deposit funds and consume tokens.
• Deposits are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Token rates: Standard ($0.99/M tokens), Power ($1.99/M tokens).
• The Trial tier provides 1M tokens free for 3 days. After the trial period, a deposit is required to continue.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days notice.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Tawi to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or deceptive content.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, billing, or security measures.
• Access other users' data or accounts.
• Reverse-engineer the platform or its models.
• Use automated tools to abuse the API beyond documented rate limits.

6. Content and ownership

You own the content you create using Tawi. We do not claim ownership of your inputs or outputs. We may use anonymised, aggregated usage data to improve the service.

7. Computer control and automation

Tawi can control your computer, execute shell commands, modify files, and automate browser actions. You are responsible for reviewing and approving actions. Tawi includes human-in-the-loop approval gates, but you accept responsibility for actions you approve.

8. Limitations of liability

Tawi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have deposited in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@tawi.ai.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email.
